This is where you come in. We are looking for a full time Personal Lines Agent. A small sampling of the type of work that needs to be done is as follows:
• Love our customers through insurance
• Quote personal lines clients
• Assist onboarding and renewal applications for personal lines clients
• This is a commission-based job where we ask that you focus on what is right for our customer
• Enjoy the snacks, popcorn machine, unlimited drinks and full bar we have in the office
• Take “field trips” with the team to fun places for “Team Building”

Yes. You read that right. We do have a full bar in the office with unlimited coffee, tea, soda and drinks. But we don’t stop there. We also have a gym, tanning bed and showers. We also encourage you to hang out with your co-workers during office hours. We have an amazing team of the most selfless and friendly people around. You get to help make sure that your relationships with these folks are enhanced by doing fun things on the company dime. We really are a family.

The Best and Most Flexible Schedule Ever

This position is 40ish hours a week. The “ish” is there because the hours worked depend on the number of people in our community we are serving through insurance and the speed at which you work. Some weeks could be less, and some could be more.
Our “office hours” are 9 am to 5 pm, but you get to pick when you want to work. For example, if you are a Mom with kids who go to school, you can take your kids to school in the morning, show up to work after that. Bottom line, as long as you are getting the work done you can choose what your workday looks like.
Take Breaks, Watch Netflix, and Work Out and De-stress in the gym.
This job requires that you work in front of a computer majority of the day. We do our best to provide for you an awesome setup. Each desk has two monitors that allows multiple windows open at once. This is done to ensure you are able to complete your tasks quickly. It is very common to see team members scrolling through social media, working out in the gym, grabbing a snack from the bar and more while working. You need to enjoy your job.

Required Experience and Certifications

The primary prerequisite to working at Ashlin Hadden Insurance is being able to genuinely put others needs before your own. You need to be selfless.
I am looking for an licensed P&C agent. You do not have to have experience yet, but I need you licensed.
Other than that, you need to be an organized, self-motivator that is willing to advocate for our customers. You need to be willing to come to me and say “Ashlin, this customer Needs our help!” You need to be able to work independently because I will not micromanage you. You need to be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and problem solving.
